About Us

Sanz couture focuses on creating exquisite luxury clothing collections, fits for your personal choices.  The founder Sanjuna Madonakendi is  an independent designer, known by her nick name SANZ. Her passion for design started at the age of 12 when she began sketching and creating fashion as her hobby. She mentioned in an interview, when she was a child, her mother used to make special attire at home, it was her inspiration and drive to follow her dream to become a Fashion Designer. 

Sanz journey into fashion began at the age of 16 as a teen model. Despite facing many challenges, she overcame the industry’s tough nature and quickly rose to prominence as a top high-fashion model. 

After graduating in apparel fashion designing, she started her career as a fashion designer in 2011 with a global design agency. Over the years, she has worked with renowned luxury and retail brands across Europe and the United States. Her experience also took her to Paris, where she collaborated closely with local artisans and photographers, before moving to London to pursue higher studies in fashion. She later graduated with an MBA in Luxury Brand Management from the British School of Fashion and Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge. 

If asked one message for the young dreamers, Sanz would always say “Never stop dreaming and never stop learning” 

Design Philosophy

SANZ celebrates the art of craftsmanship with beads, crystals and precious gems at their DNA. 

Each collection is inspired by a wide range of experiences emerging in contemporary designs and rooted in sustainable ideals.  The spring summer 2023 collection was Inspired by the designer’s own painting called “HOPE”. It is a visually stunning depiction of the environmental issues. Canvas colours are black, bronze, red, navy, yellow and green. All those colours have been reflected in her new collection.
